HelloFresh is seeking a Fulfillment Technology Analyst to support and enhance their warehouse management systems. You'll work with Infios (Körber/HighJump) and DAI/Dematic WMS platforms in Sydney. This role requires experience in warehouse technology and system support.
You have experience in warehouse management systems and are comfortable acting as a super user for technical support. You understand the importance of system configuration and can manage user profiles and security setups effectively. Your ability to facilitate training and document standard operating procedures is essential for this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of HelloFresh's operations. You appreciate diverse experiences and are open to learning and growing within the company. You are proactive in identifying issues and proposing enhancements to the systems you support.
In this role, you will support the HelloFresh warehouse management system applications, specifically Infios (Körber/HighJump) and DAI/Dematic WMS. You will act as the primary point of contact for end-user support, addressing any technical or functional issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include managing system configurations based on operational needs and facilitating training sessions for warehouse staff. You will also oversee user menu profiles and security setups, ensuring they align with operational roles. Additionally, you will participate in defining requirements and technical designs for product enhancements, collaborating with vendors and consulting partners as necessary. Your role will involve constant communication with the global warehouse technology team to ensure alignment and support across all HelloFresh Group sites.
