Senior Implementation Engineer (Lending)

You have a strong background in lending and understand the intricacies of Underwriting, Processing, and Regulatory requirements. Your experience allows you to effectively engage with clients and ensure their success through the implementation of Clutch's platform. You possess a consultative approach, enabling you to gather requirements and build out the platform to meet client specifications. You are proactive in your communication, ensuring alignment with internal teams and fostering a collaborative environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to contribute to the evolution of the Professional Services team as it grows. You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy figuring things out as you go, adapting to the needs of early customers as they go live on the platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will combine the responsibilities of Engagement Manager and Implementation Engineer, focusing on getting early customers live on the Lemonade platform and Straight Through Processing. You will work closely with Product teams to determine what features to build, rather than just implementing existing functionalities. Your role will involve gathering requirements from clients, building the platform according to their specifications, and testing to ensure everything works as intended. You will be responsible for getting clients live on the platform, ensuring they realize value from the implementation. Your success will be measured not just by the number of clients you onboard, but by their ongoing success and satisfaction with the platform. You will collaborate with various teams within Clutch to ensure a seamless implementation process and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Professional Services team.
