What you'll do

You will work closely with your team to maintain high-quality standards, focusing on order accuracy and fulfillment speed to delight customers with every delivery.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with central teams, including inventory and training, to ensure your team has the resources and knowledge needed to succeed. You will also be responsible for tracking site-level metrics and implementing strategies to improve performance continuously.
