What you'll do

As an Implementation Manager at HockeyStack, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers launch with speed, confidence, and success. You will work closely with various teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that supports long-term customer success. Your responsibilities will include executing mutual action plans, driving technical implementations, and ensuring that customers rapidly adopt and realize value from our GTM Intelligence suite.

You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, which involves coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on customer goals and expectations. Your role will require you to facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to customers as they navigate the implementation process. You will also gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and ensure that their needs are met throughout the onboarding journey.

In addition to managing customer implementations, you will collaborate with Data Analysts to analyze customer data and provide insights that can enhance the onboarding experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in ensuring that customers feel supported and confident in using our products.
