Cority is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Systems Analyst to design and optimize systems that enhance their Go-To-Market engine. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure revenue systems are efficient and aligned. This role requires expertise in CRM and data analysis.
You have a strong background in revenue operations and business systems analysis, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of Go-To-Market strategies and have a knack for translating business needs into effective system solutions. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to improve end-to-end revenue workflows effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across revenue systems. You are familiar with various tools in the GTM tech stack, including CRM, CPQ, and forecasting tools, and you have a keen eye for detail that helps you identify areas for improvement.
Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools. You may also have experience in project management, which helps you oversee the implementation of new systems and processes. A background in sales or marketing can further enhance your understanding of the revenue operations landscape.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the systems that power Cority's Go-To-Market engine. You will work at the intersection of business process, data, and technology, ensuring that revenue systems are aligned and built for growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that enhance operational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the GTM tech stack operates as a cohesive ecosystem, facilitating smooth interactions between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
You will also be tasked with translating complex business requirements into actionable system solutions, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page. Regularly reviewing and optimizing existing processes will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will training team members on new systems and tools. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization, leveraging your analytical skills to provide insights that inform strategy and execution.
