Overview

Dialpad is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Mid-Market segment to manage the complete sales process and develop medium-sized business prospects into active clients. This role requires strong ambition and the ability to solve complex communication problems.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the mid-market segment, where you've successfully managed the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales leadership and engineers to deliver exceptional results. Your curiosity and persistence enable you to navigate challenges effectively, while your empathetic nature helps you connect with clients on a deeper level.

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with AI-driven platforms, is a plus. Familiarity with customer communication solutions will give you an edge in understanding the value proposition of Dialpad's offerings. What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Dialpad, you will own the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. You will work closely with sales leadership to develop strategies for engaging medium-sized businesses and converting them into active clients. Your role will involve understanding the unique communication challenges faced by these businesses and presenting Dialpad's AI-powered solutions as the ideal answer. You will collaborate with Sales Engineers to ensure that the technical aspects of the solutions align with client needs, providing a seamless experience from initial contact through to implementation.

You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. Your ability to analyze market trends and client feedback will inform your approach, allowing you to adapt strategies as necessary to meet evolving demands. You will participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry advancements, ensuring you remain a knowledgeable resource for your clients.
