Overview

Braze is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales of SaaS solutions to large enterprise clients. You'll leverage your extensive experience in strategic selling to manage high-value deals. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in SaaS sales.

Who you are

You have at least 7 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to strategic clients, with a proven track record of managing high-value deals ranging from $200K to over $1M annually. Your background includes a minimum of 10 years in the industry, equipping you with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in enterprise sales. You thrive in environments that demand autonomy and accountability, and you are driven to meet high standards while fostering teamwork.

You are comfortable navigating the organizational complexities and decision-making processes of large enterprises. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs positions you as a trusted advisor to your clients. You are eager to contribute to a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and diverse perspectives, and you are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Desirable

Experience working with recognized companies in North America is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges and opportunities that come with enterprise-level sales. You are open to new perspectives and are willing to adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of your clients and the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on a select number of the largest and most recognized companies in North America, driving sales and fostering relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and executing plans that align with the company's growth objectives. Your expertise in SaaS solutions will be critical as you engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that deliver value.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that client feedback informs product enhancements and marketing strategies. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders at all levels, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

You will also be expected to track and report on sales metrics, providing insights that help shape future strategies and initiatives. Your ability to analyze data and market trends will be essential in identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales processes.
