In this role, you will join the People Operations team at Decagon, where you will help manage the infrastructure that keeps the company running smoothly. You will be involved in creating programs that support employee development and engagement, laying the foundation for how Decagon supports its people. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding new employees, facilitating training programs, and contributing to initiatives that enhance workplace culture. You will work closely with team members to ensure that the employee experience aligns with Decagon's values and mission.
