Coupang is seeking a Principal Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning and analysis for their retail operations in Taiwan. You'll identify key metrics impacting P&L and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. This role requires 7-10 years of experience in business partnering within a retail or eCommerce environment.
You have 7-10 years of experience in business partnering, financial planning, and analysis, ideally within a fast-paced retail or technology-oriented organization, with a preference for eCommerce. You possess a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at identifying key input/output metrics that impact the Retail P&L. You are adept at establishing ambitious goals for yourself and your team, implementing concrete plans to achieve them even in ambiguous or complex situations. Your ability to track metrics and analyze trends allows you to provide valuable business and financial visibility to stakeholders. You excel in facilitating daily communication with senior leaders, exerting a notable influence on both internal and external team members. You are proactive in providing constant feedback to stakeholders, raising flags when necessary, and recommending corrective measures to deliver outstanding results.
