VideoAmp is seeking a Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand their footprint across independent agencies. This role requires a strategic, consultative approach to sales, particularly in the intersection of data, measurement, TV, and digital video.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the advertising or technology sectors. Your expertise lies in understanding the complexities of data-driven advertising and how to leverage it to drive business outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building strong relationships with clients, particularly independent agencies. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate the intersection of data, measurement, TV, and digital video, and you are comfortable presenting complex solutions to diverse audiences. You embody a growth mindset and are eager to challenge the status quo, always looking for innovative ways to maximize value for clients.
Experience in SaaS transformation and AdTech innovation is a plus. Familiarity with the advertising landscape, particularly in relation to linear TV and digital video, will set you apart. You are a natural communicator, able to articulate the value of VideoAmp's solutions effectively to various stakeholders.
As a Sales Lead at VideoAmp, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will deepen commercial relationships with independent agencies, helping them understand how VideoAmp's solutions can transform their advertising strategies. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing tailored sales strategies that resonate with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our offerings. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance to senior leadership, ensuring that revenue targets are met and exceeded.
