OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Support Agent who speaks Russian to assist global customers with inquiries and issues. You'll engage with customers through various channels and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
You have experience in customer service, ideally within the tech or finance sectors, and possess excellent communication skills in Russian and English. You are adept at handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable using various communication channels, including live chat, email, and voice. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams, such as product managers and marketing, allows you to effectively address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with customer support tools and platforms. You are proactive in seeking solutions and have a strong understanding of the company's products and services, enabling you to provide informed assistance to customers.
In this role, you will interact with customers to address their inquiries and problems in real-time, providing quick responses through live chat and maintaining professionalism in all communications. You will follow up on help requests via email and ensure that customer feedback is communicated to relevant stakeholders.
