Who you are

You have experience in facilities maintenance, particularly in sterile environments, and are skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. What you'll do

As a Facilities Technician II, Sterile, you will be responsible for applying predictive and preventive maintenance procedures for all lab and facility equipment. You will analyze and troubleshoot maintenance problems in various areas, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems. You will work closely with the Sr. Facilities Manager to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally and that any issues are addressed promptly. Your role will involve regular communication with your supervisor to receive guidance and feedback on maintenance tasks and projects.

You will also participate in routine inspections and maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Your attention to detail will be crucial in documenting maintenance activities and reporting any significant findings. You will contribute to a collaborative team environment, working alongside other technicians and engineers to support the overall operations of the facility.
