Experience in the food or logistics industry is a plus, as is familiarity with procurement processes. In this role, you will oversee the weekend operations team, ensuring that all buying activities are managed efficiently from Friday to Monday. You will lead a team of weekend buyers, focusing on inventory management and purchasing across the entire SKU portfolio. As the primary escalation point for weekend operations, you will demonstrate your ability to resolve issues proactively and know when to escalate matters to the appropriate owners. You will maintain organized workflows through effective communication and ticket management, ensuring that your team is supported and able to meet operational demands. Your hands-on approach will involve managing high-priority tickets and critical callouts to alleviate team bandwidth constraints as needed. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely shipments.
HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range based on location, with pay in New York and Newark ranging from $116,600 to $131,200, and in Texas and Arizona from $101,400 to $114,100. You will be part of a dynamic team that plays a crucial role in the company's success, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
