OpenGov is seeking a Manager I, Professional Services to lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants. You'll ensure successful deployment of OpenGov solutions while leveraging strong technical acumen in data preparation and workflow documentation.
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in professional services or implementation roles. You understand the nuances of leading teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your technical acumen allows you to guide your team effectively, particularly in areas like data preparation and product configuration. You are a mentor at heart, eager to support your team in overcoming technical challenges and achieving high customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to ensure that all aspects of the implementation process are aligned with customer needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the public sector or with ERP solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies.
