You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. With extensive experience in managing sales teams, you understand the nuances of enterprise sales and have a strategic mindset that allows you to develop actionable plans for customer acquisition. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively coach and mentor your team while fostering a collaborative environment. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs positions you as a key contributor to the overall sales strategy. Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with channel partnerships and strategic account management. As the Regional Vice President of Sales at Tanium, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales quotas. You will develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy aimed at driving annual growth in revenue and bookings within your region. Your role will involve personally overseeing key regional enterprise accounts, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet customer needs and deliver tailored technology solutions. You will collaborate with Tanium's Partner and Channel resources to create strategic sales plans for named accounts, maintaining a clear understanding of all key contractual obligations. Regular forecast meetings with your team will be essential, as you will coach them on effective strategies to drive closure and report on sales activity to leadership. Your mentorship will be crucial in developing your team, which consists of Directors of Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Account Managers, ensuring they have the skills and support necessary to excel in their roles.
