You are adaptable and open to candidates from non-traditional backgrounds, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives in building a strong team.

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the event marketing industry. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to improve recruitment strategies. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Vendelux, focusing on both Go-To-Market and Technical positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved. You will also play a critical role in promoting Vendelux's employer brand and ensuring that candidates have a positive impression of the company throughout the recruitment journey.
