You'll manage full-cycle recruiting across Go-To-Market and Technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers. This role requires experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of both sales and technical functions.
You have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience in both Go-To-Market and Technical roles. Your ability to partner with hiring managers and understand their needs is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing the full-cycle recruiting process. You understand the importance of attracting top talent and are skilled at creating a positive candidate experience. You are adaptable and open to candidates from non-traditional backgrounds, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives in building a strong team.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the event marketing industry. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to improve recruitment strategies. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike. You are proactive in your approach and continuously seek ways to enhance the hiring process.
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Vendelux, focusing on both Go-To-Market and Technical positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
