Wishpond is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead onboarding sessions and guide clients in configuring AI agents. This fully remote role requires strong communication skills and a focus on customer success.
You have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as a Solutions Architect or in a similar capacity, where you've successfully guided clients through technical setups. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively educate customers on best practices and configurations. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms is a key strength, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients. You are proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction and are committed to helping clients achieve their business goals through effective use of technology. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and customer success teams to enhance the onboarding experience. You are adaptable and can work independently in a fully remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet client needs.
In this role, you will lead onboarding sessions that demonstrate how to set up, configure, and manage AI agents for clients. You will educate customers on best practices and recommended configurations, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize the platform. Your responsibilities will include helping clients translate their business goals into clear agent structures, prompts, workflows, and inputs. You will act as a bridge between sales, technical account managers, and customer success, owning the onboarding experience from kickoff through handoff. Your goal is to ensure customers leave onboarding confident, informed, and aligned with platform standards. You will collaborate with the Customer Success Department to drive the overall success of SalesCloser.ai, ensuring that clients are satisfied and able to leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
