Upstart is seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst to bring the voice of the customer to the decision-making table. You'll generate valuable customer, competitive, and market insights to inform product strategy and go-to-market efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in consumer insights.
You have a strong background in consumer insights and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about understanding customer needs and behaviors, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can influence product strategy. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying trends and gaps in the market that can inform business priorities. You are comfortable working with various data sources and tools to extract meaningful insights that can shape the direction of the company.
Experience in the financial services or lending industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools. You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to align insights with business objectives. A background in statistical analysis or data visualization tools would enhance your ability to present data in a compelling way.
As a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst at Upstart, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's growth strategy.
