You have over 5 years of experience in service operations, management, or operations, demonstrating a strong ability to build processes and improve efficiency. Your analytical thinking allows you to organize and interpret unstructured data effectively, ensuring that content quality is maintained across platforms. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards. Proficiency in Japanese is essential for this role, enabling you to communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners in Japan. Experience in team leadership and organizational management is a plus, as you will be expected to guide and support your team in achieving operational goals.
