You have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects. Your technical know-how and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role. You possess a strong sense of initiative and a drive to get the job done well, ensuring that clients receive a delightful experience with R365 Payroll. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams, implementation managers, and third-party partners to support clients effectively.

What you'll do

As a Support Specialist, Workforce, you will be responsible for supporting R365 Payroll clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with the platform. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored support. Your role will involve collaborating with implementation managers to assist clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also liaise with third-party partners to ensure all aspects of the client experience are managed effectively.
