Airwallex is seeking a Product Design Lead to drive the design of their unified payments and financial platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful user experiences. This role requires strong design expertise and leadership skills.
You have a strong background in product design, with a proven track record of leading design initiatives that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your experience includes working closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs. You are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the design aligns with the overall product vision. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at communicating design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
You bring a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies, and you are proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Your ability to leverage user research and data analytics informs your design decisions, allowing you to create solutions that meet user needs while achieving business objectives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience.
Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus, as it gives you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
