Carvana is seeking an Automotive Rim Repair Technician to join their team in Winder, GA. You'll be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and using state-of-the-art tools. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel or rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. You are familiar with using wheel repair machines and have experience in painting and clear-coating wheels, ensuring high-quality finishes. You are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry, and you appreciate the value of training programs that enhance your skills and career progression.
You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, ready to contribute to Carvana's mission of revolutionizing the automotive retail experience. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. You are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
While not required, any additional certifications related to automotive repair or ASE certifications would be a plus. Experience with other automotive roles, such as paint, prep/body work, or mechanical repairs, could also enhance your candidacy.
