Fivetran is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise to generate new business and expand existing accounts in Germany. You'll be responsible for managing sales cycles and building relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise segment, and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. Your ability to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can pitch value propositions effectively. You are fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage with clients and partners seamlessly. You understand the importance of collaboration and can work effectively with internal teams to drive success. You are results-oriented and have a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to the company's mission.
In this role, you will generate new business qualified opportunities by collaborating with Tech Partners, SI Partners, and XDRs, while also pursuing direct outbound efforts on named accounts within your territory. You will actively pitch the value proposition of Fivetran’s Database replication capabilities and the broader Fivetran platform to potential clients. Managing sales cycles that span 90-180 days, you will engage with multiple stakeholders and departments within enterprise organizations to secure deals. Negotiating responsible deals and managing the procurement process will be key aspects of your responsibilities, as you work closely with legal teams and deal champions. You will develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and senior decision-makers, ensuring they advocate for Fivetran throughout their organizations. As part of your onboarding, you will attend a one-week in-person Revenue Bootcamp to set you up for success in your new role.
