Acquia is seeking a Director of Global Sales Enablement to lead the development of revenue performance strategies. This role requires strong leadership and facilitation skills to design and implement global systems for sales success.
You are a high-energy leader with a proven track record in sales enablement, possessing the ability to inspire and motivate teams while driving performance. With at least 5 years of experience in sales or sales operations, you understand the intricacies of sales processes and have a knack for identifying areas for improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at building relationships across various teams, ensuring alignment and shared goals.
Your experience includes developing training programs and resources that empower sales teams to excel. You have a strong understanding of sales methodologies and can effectively communicate best practices to diverse audiences. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of enablement initiatives. You are comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels and can articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies. You are passionate about continuous learning and development, always seeking new ways to enhance your skills and those of your team. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing business needs, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude.
In this role, you will architect the future of Acquia's revenue performance by designing and implementing global sales enablement strategies.
