Five9 is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate pipeline for their sales teams. You'll be responsible for qualifying leads and articulating the Five9 value proposition. Fluency in English and French is required for this remote position.
You are a motivated individual with a passion for customer experience and a desire to contribute to a team-first culture. You possess fluency in both English and French, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of prospects. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable making 50-80 calls per day to qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Your ability to build rapport with prospects and understand their unique needs is key to your success in this role.
You have a proactive mindset and are skilled at processing leads promptly and accurately. You understand the importance of meeting quotas and are driven to deliver consistently against your targets. You are familiar with the criteria for qualifying prospects, including Fit, Budget, Authority, Need, and Time, and you gather critical sales intelligence to support your efforts.
Experience in a sales or business development role is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with cloud contact center software or technology sales can enhance your ability to articulate the Five9 value proposition effectively.
As a Business Development Representative at Five9, you will be the front line for presenting our innovative cloud contact center solutions to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify outbound leads generated from marketing efforts and convert them into sales opportunities for our Small/Mid-size and Enterprise Sales Teams. You will engage with prospects through phone calls and emails, ensuring that you understand their needs and how Five9 can meet them.
You will be expected to meet a quota of qualified sales opportunities for the field sales team, which will require you to log your activities and sales intelligence consistently. Building relationships and developing rapport with prospects will be essential, as you will need to anticipate their needs and articulate the value of Five9's offerings effectively.
Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation, as you navigate the challenges of qualifying leads and converting them into sales opportunities. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that you are aligned with their efforts and that you are maximizing the potential of each lead.
