Druva is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the international field sales teams by enhancing operational efficiency and providing high-quality support. You'll work with Microsoft Office and Google tools in a hybrid role based in London.
You have experience in sales operations or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to support sales teams effectively. Your professional demeanor allows you to interact with various stakeholders, even in challenging situations. You possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the deal flow are managed accurately. You are curious and eager to learn new processes, which helps you adapt quickly to the evolving needs of the sales organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools is essential for this role, enabling you to streamline administrative tasks and improve overall efficiency.
In this role, you will support all aspects of the deal flow through Druva’s systems, maximizing effectiveness and reducing the administrative burden on sales representatives. You will develop process improvements for sales support, identifying opportunities for efficiency within the Sales Operations team. Assisting with sales and administrative duties for sales representatives and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information to ensure accuracy and reliability in sales operations. Additionally, you will prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the overall success of the sales function.
