What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building tools that facilitate the migration of accounts from legacy systems to Kaluza's systems. You will analyze customer data to understand user behavior and product performance, linking your findings to migration plans by identifying trends and patterns. You will collaborate closely with the Client Engineering team to ensure that migrations are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will participate in discussions about best practices for data handling and migration processes, contributing your insights to improve overall strategies. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the migration tools you develop meet the needs of the business and its customers.
