What you'll do

In this role, you will design and develop instructional materials that support NinjaTrader's mission to empower traders. You will collaborate with product teams to understand the features and functionalities of the trading platform, ensuring that your educational content aligns with user needs. You will create a variety of learning resources, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, and written guides, that cater to both novice and experienced traders. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of your instructional materials through user feedback and analytics, making necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design, applying innovative techniques to keep the training content fresh and relevant. Your contributions will play a crucial role in helping users achieve their trading goals and enhancing their overall experience with NinjaTrader.
