You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment, contributing positively to the team dynamics.

What you'll do

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each vehicle is inspected for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, maintaining a pristine appearance for all vehicles. You will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests to ensure that all vehicles meet company standards. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction, contributing to a seamless operation at the Market Hub.

What we offer

This is a part-time position with a competitive starting hourly rate of $15/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. Eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.25 increase in their pay every 90 days, allowing you to boost your earnings within a short timeframe.
