- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data analytics to drive business decisions
- Experience managing end-to-end program delivery
- Experience communicating with senior leadership
- Experience building and implementing operational processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
- Experience in banking, financial services, or e-commerce
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in matrix organizations
- Track record of launching and scaling new programs
- Experience in process improvement and optimization
- Knowledge of banking operations and regulations
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
