You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging engineers to explore new technologies and methodologies.

In addition to technical oversight, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, conducting regular one-on-ones to discuss career growth and performance. You will help create an environment where engineers feel empowered to take ownership of their work and contribute to the success of the organization.
