The Devices and Services, Alexa PXT team is seeking a bold, strategic Principal, HRBP who thrives on transformational challenges and is looking to building world-class organizations. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of driving business success by architecting talent strategies, elevating senior leadership capabilities, and crafting an organizational ecosystem that delivers breakthrough customer experiences.

As a Principal, HRBP, you'll be more than just a partner – you’ll be a catalyst for organization excellence, serving as the strategic architect behind our people and organizational initiatives. Sitting at the intersection of talent and business strategy, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization while working alongside some of tech's most innovative leaders. Your ability to build deep, trusted partnerships with senior executives will be crucial as you guide them through organizational design, change management, and talent development initiatives that drive unprecedented results globally.

This role puts you at the helm of PXT effectiveness, where you'll orchestrate seamless collaboration across teams and functions such as HR Partners, Employee Relations, IXT, Legal, Talent Management, and others to create and execute game-changing people strategies. Focusing on four essential pillars of HRBP work– Organizational Effectiveness, Senior Leader and Leadership Team Effectiveness, Talent Excellence, and Transformation of Leadership Culture – you'll help write the next chapter in our organization's success story. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 6+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role, preferably in a high-tech environment• Masters Degree/MBA • 15+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role, preferably in a high-tech and/or corp environment • Exceptional ability to influence and partner with business leaders, managers and HR professionals across different functions and locations • Strong facilitation, written communication and negotiation skills; able to listen to and persuade others based on sound logic • Project management and execution skills and a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations • Proven ability to operate with autonomy and discretion and use sound judgment in all situations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $139,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $230,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
