TheyDo is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to enhance customer-centricity through AI-powered journey management. You'll focus on delivering text and NLP capabilities, driving experiments, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. This role requires expertise in machine learning and natural language processing.
You have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) — you've successfully delivered projects that leverage unstructured data to derive meaningful insights. Your experience includes working with diverse teams to drive customer-centric solutions, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions can shape the future of how companies operate.
You are comfortable with experimentation and rapid iteration — you understand the importance of testing hypotheses and learning from data to inform product development. Your analytical mindset allows you to uncover complex patterns in data, and you are adept at translating these insights into actionable strategies.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with product managers and engineering teams — you can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster a shared understanding of project goals. You are also committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within your team and the broader organization.
Experience with large-scale AI projects or journey management platforms would be a plus — you are familiar with the challenges and opportunities in this space and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering practices can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for delivering text and NLP capabilities — your primary focus will be on analyzing qualitative customer insights from various sources, including support tickets and research interviews. You will collaborate closely with product managers to identify opportunities for machine learning applications and drive experiments that yield valuable insights.
You will work with engineering teams to implement and ship solutions that enhance the customer experience — your ability to quickly iterate on ideas and test them in real-world scenarios will be crucial. You will also be responsible for documenting your findings and sharing knowledge with your team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your contributions will directly impact TheyDo's mission to make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world — you will help align teams around customer needs and empower smarter decision-making across the organization. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices in AI and machine learning.
TheyDo offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to collaborate with a diverse team representing over 30 nationalities across 27 countries. You will be part of a people-first culture that values customer-centricity and innovation. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your unique skills and perspective could be just what we need to succeed. Join us in shaping the future of journey management and making a measurable impact for our clients.
