You have 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across multiple channels. Your expertise in marketing automation tools like Marketo and Braze allows you to design and implement complex nurture and trigger campaigns effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with various marketing teams to streamline workflows and optimize campaign delivery. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess campaign requirements and complexity, ensuring timely execution and scalability. You are adaptable and can manage challenges in a rapidly changing environment, demonstrating your ability to lead programs that address recurring execution issues. Your experience includes managing or collaborating with offshore production teams, enhancing operational efficiency.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO and paid media, is a plus. You have a keen understanding of best practices in campaign execution and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
In this role, you will serve as the process owner for campaign execution, working closely with Growth, Lifecycle, and Global Campaigns marketing teams. You will scope campaign requirements, assess their complexity, and lead capacity planning to ensure smooth execution. Your responsibilities will include consulting on best practices in Marketo and Braze, focusing on automation and operational design. You will design and execute complex nurture and trigger campaigns, standardizing them for broader use across the organization. Additionally, you will partner with marketing stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and optimize campaign delivery. Leading programs to address recurring execution challenges will be a key part of your role, as you define and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability in campaign execution.
