OKX is seeking a Senior VIP Manager to drive growth in high-value markets across LATAM. You'll manage relationships with Spanish-speaking VIP clients and develop customer service processes. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills.
You have a proven track record in managing high-value client relationships, particularly in the LATAM region. Your experience includes cultivating and strengthening relationships through consistent communication and rapport-building efforts. You are adept at analyzing client behavior to identify unspoken needs and preparing key customer analysis reports. Your ability to develop and implement customer service processes and systems is essential for this role. You are fluent in Spanish and understand the cultural nuances of the LATAM market, allowing you to connect effectively with clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to shape VIP strategies that drive growth.
Experience in the crypto or financial services industry is a plus. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and data analysis techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are a proactive problem solver who can anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service. A background in sales or business development will also be beneficial as you work to expand OKX's footprint in the region.
