What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the optimization of Quote-to-Order processes, ensuring they are scalable and compliant with organizational standards. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data integrity across systems and ensuring that all processes align with best practices. You will also be involved in training team members on new processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement, leveraging your Salesforce expertise to implement changes that drive productivity. Regularly reviewing and updating documentation will be part of your role, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest information and processes. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights and recommendations based on your analysis of current practices.
