Who you are

You are an experienced professional who has taken a career break of 18 months or more and is looking to re-enter the workforce. You are interested in joining a values-led business and are eager to embrace the Amazon Leadership Principles. You have the right to work in Luxembourg and are ready to engage in a progressive environment that supports your career development.

What you'll do

As part of the Returnship Program, you will participate in a 9-month paid employment opportunity designed to help you flexibly restart your career. You will receive specialized coaching from Career Returners to support your transition back into the workplace. Throughout the program, you will be paired with a mentor from a relevant Amazon employee affinity group who will guide you in your learning and development. Additionally, you will have access to a curated suite of training and networking opportunities with leaders from Amazon EU operations. This program is an excellent opportunity to leverage your existing skills, update your resume with new experiences, and grow your professional network. Based on your performance, there is a possibility of securing a permanent role at the end of the program.
