Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Zuora Billing and Revenue systems. You'll ensure the successful maintenance and optimization of the subscription management platform while integrating with Salesforce and NetSuite. This role requires expertise in business systems analysis and relevant software tools.
You have a strong background in business systems analysis with a focus on subscription management platforms, particularly Zuora. With at least 5 years of experience, you have developed a deep understanding of billing and revenue processes, enabling you to optimize and enhance these systems effectively. Your expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite integration is crucial, as you will ensure seamless data flow between these platforms and Zuora. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with implementation consultants and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify issues and implement effective solutions swiftly. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key asset, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience with other billing systems or ERP solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that can enhance decision-making processes. A background in finance or accounting can also be beneficial, providing you with a broader perspective on the financial implications of system changes.
In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for Zuora Billing and Revenue systems, playing a critical role in the maintenance and optimization of the platform. You will partner with implementation consultants to deploy and stabilize the Zuora environment, ensuring it meets the needs of the business. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that enhance system functionality. You will also work on integrating Zuora with Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between these systems. Regularly, you will conduct system audits and performance assessments to ensure optimal operation and compliance with business requirements. You will collaborate with various teams, including finance and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements. Your role will also involve training and supporting end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the systems effectively.
