Benchling is seeking a Global Program Manager to oversee the post-sale experience for Enterprise customers. You'll coordinate implementation and customer success efforts, requiring deep experience in Life Sciences R&D processes. This role is based in London.
You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in customer-facing roles within the Life Sciences sector. Your background includes a strong understanding of R&D processes and scientific concepts, enabling you to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in an enterprise SaaS environment and have a proven track record of managing complex projects that require collaboration across multiple teams. Your ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams is key to ensuring a seamless post-sale experience.
You are adept at change management and risk management, with a focus on delivering value to customers quickly. Your experience includes overseeing implementation and support services, ensuring that customers achieve their goals and maximize their investment in Benchling's solutions. You are comfortable working with senior leaders and can navigate the complexities of enterprise environments with ease. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement, always striving to enhance the customer experience.
Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry is highly desirable, as is familiarity with R&D IT systems. You may also have a background in project management methodologies and tools, which will aid in your ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively. A passion for technology and its application in scientific research will set you apart in this role.
As a Global Program Manager at Benchling, you will oversee the post-sale activities for our largest Enterprise customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience from implementation through ongoing support. You will partner closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to develop strategies that drive customer success and satisfaction. Your role will involve coordinating efforts across implementation, customer success, and support teams to ensure that customers realize the full value of Benchling's solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and executing implementation plans that align with customer goals and timelines. This includes managing change management processes and addressing any risks that may arise during the implementation phase. You will also work closely with customer leaders to establish governance structures that facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
In addition to overseeing implementation, you will play a key role in customer success initiatives, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization of Benchling's offerings. You will gather feedback from customers and use it to inform product development and service enhancements. Your ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable insights will be crucial in driving long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
