What you'll do

As a Physician Assistant at Oscar, you will join the Virtual Urgent Care team and provide telemedicine services to patients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, conducting follow-up consultations, and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. You will utilize Oscar's platform to communicate with patients, addressing their healthcare needs through both messaging and phone calls. You will work closely with the Medical Director and other team members to refine and enhance the virtual care experience, always looking for innovative ways to improve service delivery.

You will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule, working from 1pm to 11pm EST, Monday through Friday, with one weekend requirement per month. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with best practices in telemedicine and contributing to the ongoing development of Oscar's virtual care offerings. You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure alignment with Oscar's mission and values.
