What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Guest Displays and Platforms team, you will lead the Pricing & Availability Platform team, responsible for the engine that computes trip-level pricing and availability across the booking flow. You will oversee the development of low-latency, high-throughput systems that are critical to Airbnb's guest experience. Your role will involve setting technical direction, ensuring high-quality code, and driving the team towards achieving ambitious goals.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to define the roadmap for your team, prioritizing features that enhance the guest experience. You will also work closely with other engineering teams to ensure that your systems integrate seamlessly with the broader Airbnb platform. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team.

You will conduct regular one-on-ones with team members to provide feedback, support their career development, and address any challenges they may face. You will also be responsible for hiring and building a diverse team that reflects Airbnb's commitment to inclusion and equity.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $204,000—$255,000 USD, along with potential bonuses and equity.
