CoinTracker is seeking an Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact external events. You'll be responsible for enhancing CoinTracker's presence in the cryptocurrency ecosystem through exceptional event experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in event management.
You have a proven track record in event management, with experience in planning and executing large-scale events. You excel in logistics and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of an event runs smoothly. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, from vendors to team members. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You understand the importance of creating memorable experiences that resonate with attendees and elevate brand presence. You are passionate about the cryptocurrency space and eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end planning and execution of external events, including conferences, customer dinners, and partner gatherings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define event objectives and ensure alignment with CoinTracker's overall strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and overseeing logistics to deliver seamless experiences. You will also be responsible for post-event evaluations, gathering feedback to continuously improve future events. You will represent CoinTracker at industry events, building relationships and enhancing the company's visibility in the crypto ecosystem. You will collaborate with marketing to promote events and ensure they align with brand messaging. Your role will be crucial in driving user engagement and fostering community within the cryptocurrency space.
CoinTracker offers a competitive salary range of $129,600 - $144,000, along with equity in the company.
