Rain is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to facilitate the integration of enterprise clients and enhance the onboarding process. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners. This role requires strong attention to detail and experience in managing client implementations.
You have a strong background in managing client implementations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are detail-oriented and passionate about providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring they can leverage the company's offerings effectively. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and sales, sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact at a hypergrowth company.
Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus, as is familiarity with onboarding processes and client integration. You are comfortable navigating complex client needs and can adapt to changing requirements. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential traits for success in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the integration of key company accounts into the platform. You will work closely with enterprise clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, addressing any challenges that arise during the process. Your role will involve training product analysts and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall client experience. You will also contribute to refining the onboarding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships will be crucial as you guide clients through the integration process. You will also play a key role in gathering feedback from clients to inform future enhancements to the onboarding experience.
