Job Description

We're seeking an innovative Sr. Supply Chain leader to drive strategic improvements in our rapidly growing logistics organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about analyzing and enhancing customer experience while optimizing operational costs across our transportation network.

In this role, you will:

- Lead initiatives to identify and capture cost reduction opportunities while improving service quality for our customers
- Analyze complex operational data to uncover inefficiencies and develop practical solutions that benefit both customers and the organization
- Design and implement scalable processes that enhance customer experience while reducing operational costs
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and lean methodology
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support business growth
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Key job responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong customer focus
- Make sound business judgments to drive both tactical as well as strategic improvements
- Own programmatic execution to reduce customer defects through cross functional solutions
- Execute thorough root cause analysis and deliver results
- Data mine by leveraging SQL/Python to influence key business decisions - 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
