Job Description

By championing the adoption of the right mix of tools and ensuring they meet the needs of our users, this role will play a critical part in shaping how we collaborate, scale, innovate, and succeed together.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive User Engagement: Build awareness and enthusiasm for tools and new mechanisms among different user cohorts through tailored engagement strategies, training, and communications.
• Product Marketing: Develop and execute marketing initiatives that highlight the value propositions of focused tools and product features, ensuring adoption is driven by clear benefits and ease of use.
• Feedback Collection and Analysis: Actively solicit user feedback to understand pain points, improvement opportunities, and unmet needs, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and tech teams to address critical barriers to adoption, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Metric Tracking and Analysis: Define, monitor, and report on key metrics to evaluate adoption progress, user satisfaction, and the overall tooling impact on team effectiveness and business performance.
• Foster a Vendor-Centric Culture: Advocate for processes and tools that put vendor relationships at the heart of teams' workflows.

Employee Interview for Japan Consumer Innovation- 3+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- Bachelor's degree- Experience in leading large, cross functional projects
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience using or managing Salesforce or other CRM tools
