Carvana is hiring for entry-level automotive roles, including Detailer and Lot Attendant. You'll be responsible for vehicle detailing and movement within the Inspection Centers. This position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
You are looking for an entry-level position in the automotive industry and are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You possess a valid driver’s license and are physically capable of operating vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently. You are at least 18 years of age and are ready to embrace the challenges of working in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols. You understand the importance of attention to detail, especially when it comes to inspecting vehicles for imperfections and ensuring they meet quality standards.
While not required, any previous experience in automotive roles or familiarity with vehicle detailing processes would be beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly will set you apart in this role. You are comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and can communicate effectively with your colleagues.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions, including Detailer, where you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and buffing vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition for customers. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles between departments in our Inspection Centers, ensuring that the workflow remains efficient and organized. If you take on the role of Photobooth Associate, you will capture high-quality images of vehicles for our online listings, helping customers get a clear view of what we offer. As an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles thoroughly, identifying any defects or imperfections that need to be addressed before they are sold.
