Figma is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to manage renewal opportunities across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic customer segments. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in sales.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing renewals and building relationships with key partners. Your experience spans across various customer segments, including Mid-Market and Enterprise, allowing you to understand diverse business objectives and align solutions effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities. You are detail-oriented and possess strong forecasting skills, ensuring a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Experience in the software or technology sector is a plus, as it equips you with the knowledge to navigate complex customer needs. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to embrace Figma's mission of making design accessible to all.
In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities, ensuring that you maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve your targets. You will lead the end-to-end renewal process for a specific set of accounts, including those in coverage for reps on leave and sophisticated or multi-org customers. Your ability to build trusted relationships with key partners will be crucial as you work to understand their business objectives and align Figma's solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, driving timely renewals and accurately forecasting future opportunities.
You will also identify expansion opportunities within your accounts, leveraging your understanding of customer needs to propose additional solutions that can enhance their experience with Figma.
