Your experience includes leading design processes through all project phases, ensuring that the team works effectively and efficiently. You possess an architecture license and have a deep understanding of design and construction, which allows you to interface seamlessly with client groups and manage large teams. You are skilled in coordinating scopes, communication plans, contracts, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and executed smoothly. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about creative problem-solving, always seeking unique and regenerative solutions that fit your clients' needs. You understand the importance of a learning mindset and are committed to continuous improvement in your work.

Desirable

Experience with small to medium scale projects is a plus, as is familiarity with various architectural software tools.
