We're looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and help build our growing technical teams. In this role, you'll focus on understanding team needs, sourcing and screening candidates through networking and outreach, and contributing to our recruiting efforts across the company. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact by finding great technical talent while supporting hiring manager training and improving our candidate experience.
In this role, you will:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design roles with the ability to flex into business roles as well.
Partner closely with hiring managers to distill hiring needs, build a thoughtful interview process, and recruit with long-term time horizons in mind.
Build and expand professional networks while proactively sourcing passive candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Be a key player in closing candidates and matching the right person to the right role.
Create an outstanding candidate experience and employer brand through creative initiatives and programs, such as interview training and resources, 90 day plans, and marketing initiatives.
Support candidates through their onboarding at Anrok to become successful contributors in their roles
What excites us:
3+ years of technical recruiting experience at a startup
Proven ability to thrive in competitive hiring situations with a positive and principled approach to negotiation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly.
Track record with attracting passive candidates and managing multiple openings in a timely manner.
Comfort with choosing and using recruiting tools to optimize your process.
You have an entrepreneurial attitude and passion to build a business from the ground up.
