KnowBe4 is hiring a Cross-Sales Representative (SMB) to manage customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities. You'll promote additional products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. This role requires strong sales skills and a focus on customer relationship management.
You have experience in sales, particularly in managing customer accounts and maximizing sales opportunities. You understand the dynamics of selling to small and medium-sized businesses and are skilled at identifying cross-sale opportunities. As a Cross-Sales Representative (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling KnowBe4’s additional products and services to businesses with 25 to 500 employees. You will target your book of business to identify cross-sale opportunities, ensuring that you meet and exceed your monthly sales quota. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how KnowBe4’s solutions can enhance their security posture. You will collaborate with other team members to share insights and strategies that drive sales success. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, providing them with updates on new products and services, and addressing any inquiries they may have. You will also participate in training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in KnowBe4’s offerings and the cybersecurity landscape.
